Abstract
This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of workload, rewards and punishment on the performance of personnel division employees PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Sidoarjo. By optimizing these three variables, it is hoped that the performance of employees PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Sidoarjo can increase. This research is a type of causal explanatory research which aims to prove and analyze the causal relationship between two or more variables. The independent variable is the dependent variable in this research, namely the workload, reward and punishment variables on the performance of personnel division employees PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Sidoarjo. The respondents in this research were 63 personnel division employees, who were selected through Accidental Sampling from a population of 63 people. Data was collected from respondents using a questionnaire, then the data was processed and analyzed using the SPSS version 25 statistical program. Data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classic tests, and coefficient of determination. The research hypothesis was verified by applying multiple linear regression in the form of the T test and F test. This research was conducted in Sidoarjo using sample research from employees of the personnel division of PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Sidoarjo. The results of this research show that workload, reward and punishment partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. This is known from the results of the F test which shows the sig value in the F test is 0.000 which means <0.05 so that there is the influence of independent variables consisting of workload (X1), reward (X2) and punishment (X3) which simultaneously influence performance. employee (Y) in Sidoarjo district. Thus it reads "workload, reward and punishment simultaneously influence the performance of personnel division employees PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Sidoarjo” is proven to be true.
