Abstract
This research discusses the influence of emotional intelligence, work dovcipline and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Cabang Hr. Muhammad This research uses quantitative methods, the respondents in this research were 50 employees of PT. East Java Regional Development Bank Branch Hr. Mohammed. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 25. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption sest, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The hypothesis tests used are the T Test and F Test. The results of the research show that in the T test carried out partially. Emotional Intelligence (X1). Work Discipline (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) have an influence on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Cabang Hr. Muhammad showed a coefficient of determination of 0.612%. This shows that 61.2% of the variables Emotional Intelligence (X1). Work Discipline (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) influence the Employee Performance Engagement variable (Y), while the remaining 38.8% are influenced by other variables that are not examined in this research. From the results of the T test (Partial Test) it can be concluded that the results of Emotional Intelligence (X1) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a significance value of more than 0.05, namely 0.081. Work Discipline (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a significance value of less than 0.05, namely 0.000. Organizational Commitment (X3) has an effect but is not significant on Employee Performance (Y) with a significance value of more than 0.05, namely 0.254. The calculated F value is 24.210, while the table F value is 2.80, so the calculated F value is 24.2102.80. From this data it can be concluded that Emotional Intelligence (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) simultaneously influence Employee Performance (Y).
