Abstract

The majority of businesses in Indonesia are dominated by UMKM micro, small, and medium enterprises. The aim of the existence of UMKM micro,small, and medium enterprises is to develop and improve their businesses to support national economic development based on the principles of fair economic democracy. UMKM micro,small, and medium enterprises users, such as Pottapots, face significant challenges in the marketing process today, so an integrated marketing strategy is needed. Integrated marketing is an effort to do all promotions and marketing. Activities improve the process of raising brand awareness of Pottapots products. This research uses the concept of integrated marketing as an analysis. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection Techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of research and data collection conducted by researchers on all matters Relating to integrated marketing communication activities in improving the brand image through Instagram. So it can be concluded that Pottapots applies advertising, direct marketing, interactive media, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and events as marketing activity methods.
