Abstract

Ruang lingkup pekerjaan proyek yang begitu luas menjadi faktor pendorong bahwa sutau pekerjaan proyek dapat mengalami suatu masalah keterlambatan waktu. Keterlambatan proyek dapat diantisipasi dengan melakukan percepatan (crashing) yang dalam pelaksanaannya harus tetap memperhatikan faktor biaya. Crashing adalah suatu proses yang disengaja, sistematis dan analitik dengan melakukan pengujian dari semua kegiatan dalam suatu proyek yang dipusatkan pada kegiatan yang berada pada jalur kritis. Percepatan waktu setiap kegiatan pasti menyebabkan waktu selesainya proyek menjadi lebih cepat. Tetapi percepatan waktu kegiatan-kegiatan ini juga akan mempengaruhi proyek dari segi biaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Proyek Peningkatan Jalan Banyakan–Tiron Kediri, dimana pencapaian progres lapangan pada minggu ke-11, proyek mengalami keterlambatan sebesar 16,90% dengan nilai progres sebesar 14,72% dari progres rencana sebesar 31,62%. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan alternatif penambahan jam kerja (lembur) dan penambahan jumlah pekerja. Hasil analisis dari percepatan dengan metode crashing dengan alternatif penambahan jam kerja didapatkan durasi total proyek menjadi 112 hari, dari total durasi proyek kondisi normal selama 135 hari. Kemudian terjadi perubahan biaya total proyek yang sebelumnya sebesar Rp. 7.446.453.000,00 menjadi Rp. 7.407.272.294,12. Sedangkan pada alternatif penambahan jumlah pekerja durasi total proyek menjadi 94 hari, dari total durasi proyek kondisi normal selama 135 hari. Kemudian terjadi perubahan biaya total proyek yang sebelumnya sebesar Rp. 7.446.453.000,00 menjadi menjadi Rp. 7.333.584.952,22. Dari kedua alternatif tersebut, maka alternatif yang paling efisien untuk mempercepat penyelesaian pekerjaan adalah dengan menambah jumlah tenaga kerja.
