Abstract
CV. Jaya Perkasa Gresik, conducted research on competency, work discipline and Work-Life Balance on employee performance with the aim of producing employees who are able to carry out their duties and improve their performance well, increasing employee abilities and skills. So that the results obtained are expected to have a significant effect on employee performance to become better. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of competency, work discipline and Work-Life Balance on employee performance. The type of research is quantitative. The population used was 70 employees. The data analysis technique used is the instrument test in this research using validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear analysis. The conclusions in this research show that competence, work discipline and Work-Life Balance affect employee performance. Suggestions related to competency, work discipline and Work-Life Balance remain the company's main concerns.
