Abstract

Tujuan jangka panjang bisnis ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kekayaan pemegang saham dengan fokus pada peningkatan nilai saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan likuiditas. Para peneliti bertujuan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai dampak profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan struktur modal terhadap penilaian perusahaan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini melibatkan likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan struktur modal, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah nilai perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan rasio price to book value (PBV). Sebanyak 71 perusahaan konsumen non-siklus dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan keuangan masing-masing perusahaan, yang diakses melalui situs web www.idx.co.id.
