Abstract

Kecanduan pada narkoba merupakan masalah yang besar dan darurat yang perlu diselesaikan. Penggunaan narkoba selain berurusan dengan hukum negara akan berdampak juga pada kondisi pengguna. Hal yang dapat muncul dalam penggunaan narkoba yaitu kecanduan. Dalam pengobatan kecanduan tidak lepas dengan masalah relapse atau kambuh. Masalah relapse tidak lepas dari peran craving dan dukungan keluarga. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 97 pecandu narkoba di lembaga rehabilitasi yang berada di gerbangkertasusila, dengan karakteristik populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pecandu narkoba yang telah melakukan rehabilitasi dan melakukan rehabilitasi di wilayah gerbangkertasusila. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan Uji regresi ganda dengan program SPSS 25 IMB for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara craving dan hubungan negatif dukungan keluarga dengan kecenderungan relapse pada pecandu narkoba pasca rehabilitasi. Artinya semakin tinggi craving dan semakin rendah dukungan keluarga maka semakin tinggi kecenderungan relapse pada pecandu narkoba. Begitupula sebaliknya, semakin rendah craving dan semakin tinggi dukungan keluarga maka semakin rendah kecenderungan relapse pada pecandu narkoba. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan adanya hubungan positif antara craving dan kecenderungan relapse pada pecandu narkoba pasca rehabilitasi, dan didapatkan juga hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan negatif antara dukungan keluarga dengan kecenderungan relapse pada pecandu narkoba.
