Abstract
Kegiatan belajar di boarding school sangatlah banyak dan padat jadwalnya. Hal ini menjadikan siswa merasa tertekan tidak jarang mengalami stres akademik. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan simultan dan parsial spiritual well-being dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan stres akademik. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada siswa di Anwarul Haromain Boarding school Trenggalek dengan metode pengambilan sampel quota sampling. Hasil analisis uji regresi menunjukan nilai adalah 22,508 dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) yang artinya spiritual well-being dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan stres akademik memiliki korelasi signifikan. Hasil uji korelasi parsial antara spiritual well-being dengan stres akademik diperoleh nilai t = 0,104 dan p = 0,917 (p > 0,05) artinya antara spiritual well-being dengan stres akademik tidak menunjukan adanya korelasi. Sedangkan hasil uji korelasi parsial antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan stres akademik diperoleh nilai t = 5,410 dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) yang artinya dukungan sosial teman sebaya memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan stres akademik.
