Abstract
This study examines and analyses the influence of job security, job attractiveness, employee engagement, and employee satisfaction on employee intentions to leave. This research was conducted at the SMEs Sasirangan, South Kalimantan, involving a sample of 266 employees. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires using a total of 15 statement items. Furthermore, the data that has been collected was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SEM Amos 24. This study concludes that: (1) Job security has a significant influence on employee engagement; (2) Job Attractiveness has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction; (3) Job security has a significant influence on employee satisfaction; (4) Work Attractiveness has a significant influence on employee engagement; (5) Job security has no significant influence on employee intention to leave; (6) Job Attractiveness has no significant influence on employee intention to leave; (7) Employee engagement has no significant influence on employee intention to leave; (8) Employee satisfaction has no significant influence on employee intention to leave.
