Abstract

This study aim to determine the effect of work ability, work commitment, and work ethic on the performance of employess of PT. King Dragon Net. the number of respondents in this study were 54 employees of PT. King Dragon Net. Multiple linear analysis technique using saturated sample. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 26. The data analysis technique used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis,correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test,and hypothesis testing. the result of the determination coefficient (R square) is 0.690. This shows that 69% of work ability variable, work commitment, and work ethic affect the employee perfomance variable. Meanwhile, for the remaining 31% influenced by other variable outsides of this study. From this study, the t test that was conducted partially shows that the work ability variable had an effect on employee performance , work commitment variable had no effect on employee performance, and work ethic variable had an effect on employee performance. While the result of the regression F test shows that work ability, work commitment, and work ethic simultaneously affect employee performance.
