Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the research conceptual framework model that was conducted by Khassawneh & Elrehail (2022) using the AMO (Ability, Motivation, Opportunities) theoretical perspective. Knowing the influence of Supportive Leadership variables to increase Job Performance through Employee Loyalty as a mediating variable for employees of PT. Inti Maju Cemerlang. This type of research is quantitative in nature to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. To determine the required number of samples from a population, the researcher used the Slovin formula so that it can be concluded that the number of samples from a population of 116 people with an error rate of 5% was 90 respondents using the SPSS v25 program. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and path analysis using the Sobel test to test the mediating variable. Hypothesis testing uses (Ttest), while the data analysis method used is the Validity Test and Reliability Test. The results of this study indicate that Supportive Leadership and Employee Loyalty have an influence on Job Performance. Based on the results of the path analysis, it shows that employee loyalty can mediate between supportive leadership and job performance, which can be proven from the results of the Sobel calculation, which shows a Z value of 3.166 <1.98, which means that employee loyalty can mediate between supportive leadership and job performance. This research is expected to provide benefits as an information tool to increase insight and knowledge about supportive leadership and employee loyalty on job performance. Through the research results, it will be known the effect of supportive leadership and employee loyalty on job performance henceforth as a basis for one of the considerations in organizational decision making at PT. Inti Maju Cemerlang.
