Abstract
The research written by the author aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work stress on employee performance at PT. King Dragon Net Pandaan. The type of research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique using questionnaire. The measurement of research variables uses the Likert skala for each question from its variable indicators. The sample in this study was 80 employees of PT. King Dragon Net Pandaan with sample display techniques, namely Random Sampling and analysis results using SPSS version 25. Data analysis techniques use statistical techniques such as validity tests and reliability tests for questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test for hypothesis substantiation. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, it is concluded that: (1) job satisfaction has an insignificant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.628. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.000. (3) Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.000. (4) Simultaneously job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work stress affect employee performance with F test results of significant values of 0.000 < 0.05.
