Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Environment, Job Stress, and Job Placement on Employee Performance at CV. Bina Reka Lamongan. The primary data for this research is collected using a questionnaire, while secondary data includes the company's profile, organizational structure, and others. This study employs a quantitative method. Sampling was conducted using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 70 employees at CV. Bina Reka Lamongan. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 25 software for data processing. The results of the partial t�test show that the Work Environment variable (X1) has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (Y). The Job Stress variable (X2) also has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y), while the Job Placement variable (X3) has an influence but is not significant on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test indicates that the Work Environment (X1), Job Stress (X2), and Job Placement (X3) variables have a significant simultaneous influence on Employee Performance (Y) at CV.
