Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment (X1), work stress (X2), and workload (X3) on employee performance (Y) PT Buana Samudra Globalindo Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative research. The research sample was 75 respondents. The research sample was taken using saturated sampling technique. Research data were analyzed quantitatively using data collection instruments (questionnaires) before being tested through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used in this study was the T test (partial) and the F test (simultaneous) which were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination which was processed using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of this study, the T test shows that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance at PT Buana Samudra Globalindo Surabaya. In addition, there is also work stress that has a significant influence on employee performance at PT Buana Samudra Globalindo Surabaya. Furthermore, there is a workload that has a significant influence on employee performance at PT Buana Samudra Globalindo Surabaya. The results of the F test show that the variables of work environment, work stress, and workload have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
