Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload, incentives, work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Multi Prosperous Diamonds in Gresik. The number of samples used in this study were 55 employees using the saturated sample method. The data were processed and analyzed using the SPSS statistical program version 16.0, the data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear aggression analysis and coefficient determination test. The hypothesis test used is the partial test (t) and simultaneous test (f). The results of this study indicate that both simultaneously and partially the variables of workload, incentives, work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Multi Prosperous Diamonds. Workload variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Berlian Multi Sejahtera, Incentive variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Berlian Multi Sejahtera, the Work Environment variable has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Berlian Multi Sejahtera.
