Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between time management skills and self-efficacy with self-regulated learning in working students. This study used quantitative research with a total of 112 subjects. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling technique. The measuring instrument in this study used a self-regulated learning scale of 36 items, ¸ time management skills scale of 30 items and self-efficacy scale of 30 items. The samples that participated in this study were active students who worked. Based on analytical calculations using multiple regression analysis, a t score of 4.202 is obtained with p = 0.000 (p<0.01) meaning that there is a significant positive relationship between time management abilities and selfregulated learning of working students. And obtained a t score of 6.594 with p = 0.000 (p<0.01) meaning that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning of working students. Meanwhile, an F score of 100.049 was obtained with p = 0.000 (p<0.01) which means that there is a very significant relationship between time management abilities and self-efficacy towards self-regulated learning of working students. The effective contribution in this study is 0.709459, meaning that time management skills and self-efficacy have a 71% influence on self-regulated learning.
