Abstract
Remaja adalah pengertian gabungan yang sebagian merupakan konstruksi sosial budaya dan sebagian lagi pengertian secara biologis. Masa remaja adalah masa transisi di antara masa kanak-kanak (sebelum pubertas) dan dewasa (pematangan fisik lengkap). Di masa remaja ini pula sering didengar dan diketahui masyarakat tentang terjadinya kenakalan remaja dalam berbagai bentuk. Masa remaja sering terlihat perilaku agresi dimana agresi ini dapat berkaitan dengan regulasi emosi maupun tingkat attachment yang dimiliki oleh remaja ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan regulasi emosi dan attachment dengan perilaku agresi yang dilakukan oleh remaja. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah 186 orang siswa dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan teknik analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 22 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa 1) Regulasi Emosi terbukti berhubungan negatif dan signifikan dengan Perilaku Agresi Remaja; 2) Attachment terbukti berhubungan negatif dan signifikan dengan Perilaku Agresi Remaja; dan 3) Secara simultan, Regulasi Emosi dan Attachment terbukti memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan Perilaku Agresi Remaja. Kedua variabel ini secara bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi sebesar 54% dalam mengurangi tingkat Perilaku Agresi Remaja. Kata kunci : regulasi diri, attachment, perilaku agresi, remaja
