Abstract

In this study discusses the influence of competence (X1), compensation (X2) and work loyalty (X3) on the performance of employees (Y) of PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Tanjung Awar–Awar Tuban, East Java. The population in the study amounted to 300 employees. The approach method in this study implements quantitative data. Random sampling technique was chosen for sampling in this study. The application of the Yamane formula in determining the number of samples found the results of 75 respondents randomly. Observation of data was collected and questionnaires were given to respondents with reference to measuring interval values which produced quantitative data with a Likert scale of five alternative answers. The first thing to do is to test the validity and reliability tests. Then test the classical assumptions and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing in this study used the T test and F test. Data processing applied the IBM SPSS statistic program version 26. The results obtained in testing the t-test hypothesis indicate that competency variables partially influence employee performance. Compensation variables have a partial effect on employee performance. Job loyalty variable has a partial effect on employee performance. And the results of the f test show that the variables of competence, compensation and work loyalty simultaneously influence employee performance.
