Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Work-lifeBalancedan Job Satisfaction dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior padaguru. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan perilaku sukarela yang dimiliki seseorang untuk melakukan tugas-tug This study aims to determine the relationship between Work-life Balance and Job Satisfaction with Organizational Citizenship Behavior in teachers. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a voluntary behavior possessed by a person to carry out tasks outside of the main tasks without being based on a reward system. This behavior is also referred to as Extra Role behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior will have a positive impact on the operations of a company or organization. The research subjects in this study were as many as 86 people who were teachers from 4 elementary schools in Bondowoso Regency. The measurement tools used are the Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale, the Work-life Balance scale, and the Job Satisfaction scale. From the results of the prerequisite test and the data were stated to be fulfilled, then the researcher used multiple linear regression data analysis and it was found that the three hypotheses in this study were accepted. The conclusion from this study is that there is a relationship between Work-life Balance and Job Satisfaction with Organizational Citizenship Behavior in teachers.as diluar dari tugas pokok tanpa didasari oleh sistem penghargaan. Perilaku tersebut juga disebut sebagai perilaku Extra Role. Perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behaviorakan memberikan dampak positif dalam operasional pada perusahaan atau organisasi. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 86 orang yang merupakan guru dari 4 sekolah dasar yang ada di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior, skala Work-life Balance, dan skala Job Satisfaction. Dari hasil uji prasyarat dan data dinyatakan terpenuhi, kemudian peneliti menggunakan analisis data regresi linear berganda dan didapatkan hasil bahwa ketiga hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Work-life Balance dan Job Satisfaction dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada guru.
