Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Interpersonal Communication, Work Environment and Work-Llife Balance on the performance of Gojek Pengemudis in the city of Surabaya. By optimizing these three variables, it is hoped that the performance of Gojek Pengemudis in the city of Surabaya can increase. This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to analyze a causal relationship between two or more variables, the independent variables which are the dependent variables in this study, namely the variables Interpersonal Communication, work environment and Work-life Balance on Goje's performance. Pengemudis in Surabaya City. Respondents in this study were 161 Grab Pengemudis. Data were collected from respondents using a questionnaire, then the data was processed and analyzed using the SPSS version 16 statistical program. Data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, and the coefficient of determination. The research hypothesis is verified by using multiple linear regression in the form of t-test and F-test. This research was conducted in the city of Surabaya by utilizing research samples from Gojek Pengemudis. The results of this study indicate that Interpersonal Communication, work environment and work-life balance partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on Pengemudi performance. It is known from the results of the F test which shows a significant value on the F test, so that the influence of all independent variables consisting of Interpersonal Communication (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work-life Balance (X3) simultaneously influence on the performance of Gojek (Y) Pengemudis in the city of Surabaya. So what says "interpersonal communication, work environment and work-life balance jointly affect the performance of Gojek Pengemudis in the city of Surabaya" is proven to be true.
