Abstract

This study aims to analyze and look at several factors that influence the level of community satisfaction at the Singha Merjosari City Park, Malang City. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews with parties related to community satisfaction including the identity of respondents and matters related to community satisfaction at Singha Merjosari City Park, Malang City, such as gender, age, occupation. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 24 program. This research method is intended as a plan to find and explain the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing through the F test and T test. This study took a sample of 90 respondents from a population located at the location of the Singha Merjosari City Park, Malang City. The results showed that the simultaneous variables of Environmental Cleanliness (X1), Playground (X2), and Sports Facilities (X3), had a significant effect on community satisfaction at Singha Merjosari City Park, Malang City. Partially the variables Playground (X2) and Sports Facilities (X3), have a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Singha Merjosari City Park, Malang City. As for the environmental cleanliness variable (X1) it has a negative effect on community satisfaction at Singha Merjosari City Park, Malang City. From the regression results, the R-Squared (R2) value is 0.658, which means that the level of community satisfaction in Taman Singha Merjosari Malang City is explained by variations in environmental cleanliness, playgrounds, sports facilities by 65.8%, while the remaining is 34.2 % influenced by other factors outside the model.
