Abstract

Kampus Merdeka merupakan salah satu kebijakan dari Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nadiem Makarim yang memberikan kebijakan Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan dari kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka adalah mendorong mahasiswa menguasai berbagai bidang ilmu pengetahuan sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Teknik analisa data yang akan di gunakan dalam penelitian ini Menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasi product moment pearson. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari mahasiswa mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi yang mengikuti MBKM semester gasal 2021/2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner google form yang berfokus pada pengukuran dukungan sosial dan stres akademik. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa MBKM. Berdasarkan hasil uji product moment Pearson melalui bantuan Statistical Package For the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25.0 for windows di peroleh nilai korelasi sebesar -0,514 dengan nilai signifikansi p=0,000<0,01 yang artinya terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa yang menempuh program MBKM, maka semakin tinggi dukungan sosial pada mahasiswa maka semakin rendah stres akademik yang di alami mahasiswa, sebaliknya semakin rendah dukungan sosial maka semakin tinggi stres akademik yang di alami mahasiswa.
