Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Compensation simultaneously affect Job Satisfaction of Employees at Parahita Diagnostic Center Dharmawangsa in Surabaya. This research is included in the type of quantitative research. The object of this research is Parahita Diagnosic Center Dhamawangsa Surabaya. The target population and sample in this study were 62 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data collection method used is to distribute questionnaires. The analytical method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the simultaneous test results for the variables of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Compensation, it was obtained F count 920,358 > from F table 2.76 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the partial test results for the Leadership Style variable, t count = 7.081 which is greater than table 2.00172 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. partial test results for the Work Environment variable obtained t count = 42,669 which is greater than table 2.00172 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the partial test for the Compensation variable, it is obtained t count = 2.576 which is greater than table 2.00172 with a significance value of 0.013 <0.05.
