Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and clan culture with work motivation in Company X located in Surabaya. This study is a correlational research that aims to identify the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation. The participants in this study were 130 employees from Company X in the Surabaya area, aged between 24-50 years, both male and female. This research used a saturated sampling technique where the entire population was included as the sample. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using the multiple linear regression technique with the assistance of the SPSS computer program. The multiple linear regression results showed a correlation value of F 0.320 with P 0.727 (p0.00), indicating no relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture with work motivation. This implies that transformational leadership and clan culture do not have an impact on employees' work motivation. In other words, the lower the levels of transformational leadership and clan culture, the lower the work motivation among employees. This research is conducted to understand whether the implementation of leadership styles and clan culture, as an organizational culture, is suitable for implementation in the company
