Abstract
This Study aims to analyze whether there is influenceWork Facilities, Work Discipline And Compensation For Employee Performance at the OfficeRegional Civil Service Agency (BKD) Sidoarjo Regency on Jl. Majapahit No.5, Hamlet Larangan, Larangan, Kec. Temple, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. StudyThisusing sampling data of 51 employees from all existing employees, through distributing questionnaires, and the type of data used is a quantitative research method. The results showed that the results of the t test showed that the Work Facilities variable had a partial effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of Work Discipline (X1) of 2.735 and a regression coefficient of Work Discipline (X2) of 2.348 while Compensation (X3) had a regression coefficient value of 2.848. Data results from the f test obtained f count > f table, namely 100.152 > 2.80 so that it can be concluded that the independent variables Work Facilities (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Compensation (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable Performance Employee (Y).
