Abstract
The Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Sidoarjo Regency, as a Regional Technical Institution has a position as an element of implementing staffing tasks in order to support the implementation of Regional Government tasks led by the Head of the Agency who is under and responsible to the Regional Head through the Regional Secretary of Sidoarjo Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Communication and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Sidoarjo Regency. The total population in this study was 51 people. This type of research used is quantitative research. Data taken using a questionnaire. The research method was assisted by the SPSS 25 software program. The results show partially that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, communication has a significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational culture, communication and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance.
