Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengukur atau mengevaluasi Supply Chain Management PG. Gempolkrep, Mojokerto yang berlokasi di Dsn. Gempolkrep, Kec. Gedeg, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. PG. Gempolkrep merupakan salah satu perusahaan agroindustri unit Pabrik Gula dari PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara. Terdapat enam proses bisnis yang difokuskan pada penelitian ini, yaitu Plan (Perencanaan), Source (Sumber Daya), Make (Pembuatan), Deliver (Pengiriman), Return (Pengembalian) dan Enable (Pengelolaan). Menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Menggunakan atribut kinerja SCOR Reliability (keandalan), Responsiveness (daya tanggap), Agility (kelincahan), Cost (Biaya), dan Asset Management (Manajemen Aset). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan pada metrik yang diperoleh dari pendekatan menggunakan metode SCOR. Setiap skor metrik akan dilakukan pembobotan prioritas yang dihitung menggunakan metode AHP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kinerja supply chain management PG. Gempolkrep kurang baik dibuktikan dengan hasil akhir sebesar 54,98 dari skala 0 – 100. Hasil akhir dari proses Plan 0,13, Source 0,14, Make 0,15, Deliver 0,19, Return 0,19, dan Enable 0,21. Usulan untuk pabrik agar melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan yang difokuskan kepada pengadaan bahan pembantu proses, pengiriman bahan pebantu proses, dan maintenance.
