Abstract

The Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) office of the Sidoarjo Regency government was established with the aim of developing and maintaining organizational goals. This is so that within the Institution there is balance. Therefore, institutions must have plans that are made carefully and directed in various components related to their activities. One component in an institution that is no less important to develop is human resources (HR). The results of the f test show that Work Ethics, Competence and Work Motivation influence employee performance. This is proven based on the results of the f test in table 4.18, it is obtained that f count > f table, namely 33.599 > 2.80 and a significant value of 0.000 is obtained which is smaller than 0.05 at a significance of 5%, so it can be concluded that the independent variables are Work Ethics, Competence and Work motivation has a significant influence simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Performance. This research is expected to support decision making at the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of the Sidoarjo Regency government to improve the Work Ethics (X1) of its employees and carry out employee competencies (X2) along with providing work motivation (X3 ) to his employees.
