Abstract

The research objective to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problem described above is to determine the Influence of Trust, Ease and Quality of Information on Purchasing Decisions on Online Stores among Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of August 17, 1945 Surabaya. The sampling technique uses the Non probability method, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for every element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The results of this study show that: (1) Trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by a calculated t value of 2.182 with a significant value of 0.032<0.05 and a regesion coefficient of 0.329; (2) Ease of significant influence on purchasing decisions is evidenced by the calculated t value of 4.201 with a significant value of 0.000>0.05 and a regesive coefficient of 0.440; (3) Information Quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the calculated t value of 2.864 with a significant value of 0.005<0.05 and a regesive coefficient of 0.376. (4) Trust, Ease and Quality of Information have a significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the calculated F value of 55.921 with a significant value of 0.000>0.05. (5) Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that the value of the coefficient of determination (R2 ) is 63.4% while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other variables.
