Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of work motivation, communication and work stress variables partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Lookman Brothers Surabaya. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of respondents' answers to the questionnaire given to employees of PT. Lookman Brothers Surabaya. with the total population used as many as 43 people (employees at PT. Lookman Bersaudara Surabaya) so that the number of samples used is a saturated sample, namely using all employees / population. And the tests in this study used descriptive analysis techniques, instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classic assumption tests (normality tests and multicollinearity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing techniques using SPSS 25 software. Testing and data analysis using SPSS includes instrument testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple linear analysis. The results of the validity test are all valid indicators. while the reliability test is all reliable. For the classic assumption test results, all the results meet the criteria, where the hypothesis test is the effect of work motivation on employee performance is not significant, the effect of communication on employee performance is significant and the effect of work stress on employee performance is not significant. The results of the multiple linear show the communication variables compared to work motivation and work stress. The coefficient analysis shows that the Adjusted R square of 0.484 influences the variables of work motivation (X1), communication (X2) and work stress (X3). Simultaneously the employee performance is 48.4%, the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: Work Motivation, Communication, Work Stress and Employee Performance
