Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Capital Structure partially or simultaneously on Company Value in Coal Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2021. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is used to test the hypothesis. While the classic assumption tests used include: Normality Test, Multicolinierity Test, Heteroscedasticity test and AutoCorrelation Test. Profitability as measured using ROA has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, Profitability as measured using ROE has a positive and insignificant effect on Company Value. Liquidity as measured using CR has a positive and insignificant effect on Company Value, Liquidity as measured using QR has a negative and insignificant effect on Company Value. Capital Structure measured using DAR has a positive and insignificant effect on Firm Value, Capital Structure measured using DER has a negative and significant effect. So together the variables of Profitability, Liquidity, and Capital Structure have a negative and not simultaneous effect on Firm Value.
