Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai variabel moderasi sub industri makanan olahan/processed food yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019- 2022. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang didapat dari BEI. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 perusahaan dan terdapat 14 sub industri yang digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0.9.4. Periode pengamatan dilakukan selama bulan Maret sampai Juni 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel Struktur Modal berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, GCG memoderasi Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, GCG belum mampu memoderasi Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, GCG memoderasi Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
