Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on the performance of employees at the Telkom Technology Institute Surabaya. The research was carried out at the Surabaya Telkom Technology Institute in Jalan Ketintang No. 156, Gayungan, Surabaya, East Java. The study was held in May 2023–June 2023. The study used sampling data from 41 academic supporters through the dissemination of questionnaires. The type of data used is quantitative. In this study, the t-test showed that the Transformational Leadership Style variable has a partial influence on the Employee Performance variable with the transformational leadership style (X1) regression coefficient value of 0,000, the Labor Discipline (X2) regression rate of 0.000, and the Work Motivation regression factor (X3) value of 0.011, thus each variable X has a positive and significant impact on the variable Y. As for the F test, the obtained f count > f table is 19,768 > 2,86, so it can be concluded that the free variables Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on the variable bound Employee Performance. (Y). This research is expected to be able to support the basis of decision-making for the Surabaya Telkom Technology Institute related to transformational leadership style, work discipline, and motivation. In addition, as a material for consideration in the development of human resources at the Institute of Telecom Technology Surabaya, it is better than before.
