Abstract

UPT Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng memiliki banyak peralatan listrik berkarakteristik beban non liner dapat mempengaruhi kualitas daya yang dijadikan sebagai penilaian dari sebuah sistem kelistrikan dengan acuan standar PLN dan IEEE 519 2014. Tegangan yang diijinkan SPLN +5% dan -10% dari tegangan nominal, sedangkan standar IEEE 519 – 2014 terdapat batas total harmonic distortion (THD) pada suatu sistem tenaga listrik dengan maksimum THDv 5% dan THDi 20%. Frekuensi negara Indonesia menggunakan frekuensi 50 Hz dan standar PLN menetapkan faktor daya bernilai 0.85 sampai 1.00. Kemudian ditentukan presentase efisiensi transformator untuk mengetahui daya ketika mendistribusikan ke beban. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil pernyataan baik atau buruknya kualitas daya kelistrikan yang berasal dari dua trafo di UPT Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng berdasarkan analisa parameter tegangan, faktor daya, frekuensi, harmonisa kemudian dibandingkan dengan IEEE 519 – 2014 dan standar PLN. Selain itu menentukan efisiensi transformator 1 MVA dan 200 KVA. Peneliti melakukan pengukuran nilai parameter kualitas daya listrik dan pengambilan data spesifikasi trafo selanjutnya melakukan perhitungan dan analisa yang menghasilkan nilai parameter tidak sesuai standar PLN adalah parameter faktor daya fasa – fasa LVMDP 1 MVA kurang dari standar bernilai sebesar 0.8 dan faktor daya fasa – fasa LVMDP 200 KVA sebesar 0.7. Selain itu harmonisa yang tidak sesuai dengan standar IEEE 519 – 2014 adalah LVMDP 1 MVA THDi fasa R (26.18%) fasa S (18.83%), THDv fasa T (8.86%) dan LVMDP 200 KVA THDv fasa T (5.58%). Sedangkan nilai parameter tegangan dan frekuensi LVMDP 1 MVA dan 200 KVA masih sesuai standar PLN. Peneliti juga menetukan efisiensi dua transformator berdasarkan rugi tembaga dan inti besi dalam menyalurkan daya ke beban yakni efisiensi trafo 1 MVA ketika beban seimbang 94.85% dan ketika beban tidak seimbang 94.84% selain itu efisiensi trafo 200 KVA ketika beban seimbang 97.88% dan ketika beban tidak seimbang sebesar 97.97%.
