Abstract
The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) "Does leadership style and partial incentives have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Naga Transindo Pratama?” (2) "Does leadership style and incentives simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Naga Transindo Pratama?” (3) "Which is the dominant variable between leadership style and giving incentives to employee performance at PT. Naga Transindo Pratama?” and the goal to be achieved from this research is to know and analyze the magnitude of the influence of leadership style and the provision of incentives on the performance of employees at PT. Naga Transindo Pratama. Based on the regression results, the following results are obtained: Y = -1.490+ 0.181 X_1 + 0.292 X_2 + e From the acquisition of the value of the equation of the multiple linear regression model, all variables show a positive coefficient value, this indicates the influence of leadership style and incentives on employee performance. The results showed that there was a partial significant effect (t test) on the leadership style variable (X1) which had a t_count value of 3.279 and t_table results of 1.669 with a significant level of 0.002 and the incentive variable (X2) had a t_count of 6.340 and t_table results of 1.669 with a significance level of 0.000 . And simultaneously (Test f) the value of f_count = 161.423 and f_table = 3.14 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, with incentives having the most dominant influence. The determination value is 84.3% and the correlation value is 91.8%.
