Abstract

PT. Magnesium Gosari Internasional didirikan pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2018. Merupakan hasil kerjasama investasi PT. PPA Kapital dengan perusahaan PT. Polowijo Gosari. PT. MGI mengemban misi penting dari gabungan kedua perusahaan tersebut dalam memenuhi kebutuhan Magnesium di Indonesia yang memiliki potensi besar di lahan perkebunan dan pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Etos Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Magnesium Gosari Internasional di Gresik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji Parsial (Uji T), Uji Simultan(Uji F) dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan antara lain, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, dan dan Uji Asumsi Klasik yang digunakan antara lain, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 karyawan dengan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja dengan hasil yang diperoleh t hitung 2,493 > t tabel 2,000 dan nilai signifikan 0,015 < 0,05. Untuk variabel Etos Kerja dengan hasil t hitung 6,471 > nilai t tabel 2,000 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dan untuk variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan hasil yang diperoleh t hitung 2,173 > t tabel 2,000 dan nilai signifikan 0,034 < 0,05.
