Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price perception and service quality on consumer satisfaction in purchasing mixed ice cream at Merr Surabaya outlets. The independent variable in this study is the purchase decision. The population of this study were all Mixue Ice Cream customers from this population, resulting in a sample of 80 respondents. Sampling method using Accidental sampling (sampling based on coincidence). The research analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, R² test, t test and f test using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, when viewed from the t test the product quality variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Ice Cream Mixue at the Merr Surabaya Outlet because the significance value is 0.005  0.05 and the t count is 2,902  t table 1,991, price perception has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction on Mixue Ice Cream at Merr Surabaya Outlets because the significance value is 0.017  0.05 and the tcount value is 2.441  ttable 1.991, service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Mixed Ice Cream at Merr Surabaya Outlets because the significance value is 0.002  0 .05 and tcount 3.131  ttable 1.991. Meanwhile, it can be seen from the simultaneous F test that the product quality, price perception and service quality variables influence consumer satisfaction at Mixed Ice Cream at Merr Surabaya Outlets with a significance level of 0.000  .05 and a Fcount value of 34.962  Ftable 1.991.
