Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Workload, Transformational Leadership, and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT PLN ULP Sidayu, totaling 40 employees. The research sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population was used as a sample. The data collection technique in this study was a survey technique with a questionnaire instrument. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R²), while the hypothesis testing technique uses the t test and f test by utilizing the SPSS version 26 program. The results show that workload partially has a positive and significant effect on performance Employees, Transformational Leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and the Work Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously the variables Workload, Transformational Leadership, and Work Environment.
