Abstract

The Sopoyono Market Office is an office located in a traditional market in the middle of the quite large city of Surabaya which has great opportunities for all employees to develop themselves as part of the work culture at the Sopoyono Market office in order to create work enthusiasm and satisfaction. enjoyable and fair work for employees. This research aims to determine the influence of work culture variables, work enthusiasm and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Sopoyono Market Office, Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 37 employees. The number of samples used was 37 people with sampling using non-probability sampling. The results of this research show that work culture has a significant effect on employee performance, work morale has a significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination show a value of 0.917 or 91.7%, which means that the variables work culture, work enthusiasm and job satisfaction influence the dependent variable, namely employee performance, while the remaining 8.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
