Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kompetensi, efikasi diri, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kantor pasar sopoyono. Kantor pasar sopoyono adalah sebuah kantor yang mengelola dan mengatur jalannya sebuah pasar. Kantor pasar sopoyono berdiri pada tahun 1982 dengan dua kali renofasi pada tahun 1987 dan tahun 2008. Kantor pasar sopoyono ini terletak dikawasan tanah bondodesa (tanah gogolan) yang beralamat JL. Rungkut Asri Utara No.2 Kota Surabaya. Kantor pasar sopoyono memiliki sebanyak 37 karyawan dengan memiliki tanggung jawab tugas masing-masing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 37 orang karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 37 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan nilai sig masing-masing variabel 0,000 <0,05 yang artinya variabel kompetensi, efikasi diri, dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya hanya sebesar 2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
