Abstract

This study ai ims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitai bility, leverai ge, investment decisions ai nd inflai tion on stock prices. This reseai rch wai s conducted on property ai nd reai l estai te sector compai nies listed on the Indonesiai Stock Exchai nge (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The populai tion in the study were 86 property ai nd reai l estai te compai nies. The number of sai mples used in this study were 8 compai nies with ai purposive sai mpling method. The dai tai ai nai lysis technique used is multiple lineai r regression ai nai lysis. The results showed thai t liquidity (CR) hai s ai negai tive ai nd not significai nt effect on stock prices, profitai bility (ROE) hai s ai negai tive ai nd significai nt effect on stock prices, leverai ge (DER) hai s ai negai tive ai nd significai nt effect on stock prices, investment decision (CPAi /BVAi ) hai s ai positive effect ai nd not significai nt to stock prices, inflai tion hai s ai positive ai nd insignificai nt effect on stock prices. Liquidity, profitai bility, leverai ge, investment decisions ai nd inflai tion simultai neously hai ve ai significai nt effect on stock prices.
