Abstract

This research discusses the influence of employee empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Superior Prima Sukses Lamongan. This research uses quantitative methods with a total of 62 employees as respondents. Sampling is done using saturated samples. The application used to test this research was using IBM SPSS 16. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple determinant analysis (R2). The results of this research show that the t test carried out partially shows that the Employee Empowerment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And regarding the f test, it shows that the variables Employee Empowerment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT Superior Prima Sukses Lamongan.
