Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted on CV. Sinergi Karya Sukses di Kab Gresik. The number of samples used in the study were 40 employees consisting of 8 people in the engineering division and 32 people in the production division with the saturated sample method. The research design used was quantitative method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The method in this study used the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficient analysis (R²), while the hypothesis testing technique used the t test and F test. The results showed that simultaneously (Test F) Work Stress (X1), Workload (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) CV. Synergy of Successful Works. The effect of each variable partially (t test), the results of the significance value of: Work Stress (X1) t count = 3.406 < t table = 2.028 and a significant value of 0.02 < 0.05 means that Job Stress (X1) has a partial effect significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Workload (X2) t count = -3.514 <t table = 2.028 and a significant value of 0.01 <0.05 means that workload (X2) partially has a significant negative effect on employee performance (Y). Work Motivation (X3) t count = 3.833 <t table = 2.028 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 means that Work Motivation (X3) partially has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Suggestions for future researchers with the same type of research to add the time period used. So the results obtained are more accurate.
