Abstract

Dari pencapaian target pada bulan September-Desember 2022 terlihat adanya penurunan sehingga diduga terdapat Kinerja karyawan yang tidak optimal. Serta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan karyawannya, pihak toko menempuh berbagai cara, dan dari hasil data yang didapatkan peneliti, bisa diketahui bahwa masih banyak karyawan yang masuk lewat jalur titipan/kerabat, sementara Rekrutmen sebelum Seleksi pun terlihat tidak berjalan dengan baik, dimana persentase hasil Rekrutmen baik yang datang sendiri, dan hasil iklan sangat sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Rekrutmen dan Seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UMKM Toko E3 Surabaya. dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Adapun populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini seluruh karyawan pada UMKM Toko E3 dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh atau sensus dengan jumlah 44 karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Rekrutmen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, Seleksi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan sehingga Ha ditolak, dan Rekrutmen, Seleksi berpengaruh secara bersama sama atau simultan terhadap Kinerja karyawan maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan adalah Rekrutmen
