Abstract

Leadership is an ability that is use to influence the order of human behavior to control people within an organization so that their behavior A Village Head must be able to be demanded to manage existing devices within the Village Government are obliged to work together in coordinating the implementation of the implementation of work procedures from the Village Government itself so that it can run according to existing work procedures.
