Abstract
PT. Angkada Raya is one of the companies engaged in the processing of plastic waste. This company is located on Jalan Tambaksari, Tambaksari District, Surabaya. The problems that occur in this company are. In its production activities, the company always tries to produce good products and suppress high product defects by setting a standard tolerance of 1% of the total production. However, the reality in the field shows that the level of defects still exceeds the established tolerance standard. This study aims to find out how the implementation of quality control using the seven tools method is useful in efforts to control the level of product damage in the company. Quality control analysis is carried out using the seven tools method. minimize product defects.From the results of Seven Tools calculations and analysis of the three types of defects, the most dominant type of discolored defects occurred in the amount of 11,007 units with a percentage of 39%. Then carried out the implementation of the dominant types of defects and after making suggestions such as cleaning and setting the temperature correctly obtained the results of the product, initially the product itself, where the color was not in accordance with the standards set by the company, then the implementation of cleaning was carried out, and the correct temperature setting on the machine was obtained, a product that complied with company standards was solid black Keywords: Quality Control, Shoe Rights, Seven Tools
