Abstract

Diskominfo Mojokerto Regency is a Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in the Mojokerto Regency government area that has authority and duties in the technology sector. This is motivated by the decline in the economy of MSME-owned businesses that has occurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic and intense competition to develop the economy. So a new policy emerged to boost MSME interest in studying digital marketing. Therefore, Diskominfo Mojokerto Regency is holding a technology training program for MSME actors, one of which is through digital training and coaching, in order to get new ideas for developing businesses. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods with collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study show that Ministry of Communications and Informatics, assisted by the Mojokerto Regency Diskominfo has implemented a policy to help MSME actors develop their businessess by providing digital technology training programs that are quite good, with progress on the development of businesses owned by MSME actors based on the results of participation in the program. The conclusion from research conducted by researchers at the Diskominfo Mojokerto Regency is that the policies provided by the Diskominfo have been carried out quite well for MSME actors.
