Abstract

This research aims to enhance the trust of customers in PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo to save their money in the bank. This research is part of the development program, which is aimed at improving the service and to be able to compete with other companies with similar purposes. The product being improved in PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo is the type of savings account: Krisna, so that people can save their money with PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo. The sample used for this research consists of 100 customers of PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo. The data collection technique is done in the following ways: a. Distributing questionnaires to the customers of PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo. b. Conducting interviews with the customers of PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo. The results obtained from distributing the questionnaires are used to analyze the influence of Promotion, Service Quality, and the Trust of the Customer on the decision to save money in the Krisna savings account at PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo. The findings of this research can be summarized as follows: the influence of promotion, service quality, and customer trust has a significant impact on the decision to save money in PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo. Therefore, PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo can conduct promotions and provide the best services to customers in order to gain their trust and encourage them to be the partners and customers with PT. BPR Krian Nusantara Sidoarjo
