Abstract

Klampid New Generation is an evolution of a previous government product, namely Klampid. The Surabaya city government in collaboration with the population and civil registration office implemented E-Government with the name Klampid New Generation which was just implemented in 2022, Klampid was supported by the Surabaya Mayor Regulation No. 76 of 2018 Electronic-Based Government System in Local Government Administration (Surabaya Mayor 2018), Klampid New Generation This focuses on overcoming various problems of population administration by utilizing IT technology. With this implementation, the author is interested in conducting research on the implementation of Klampid New Generation to the satisfaction of Surabaya residents, with a case study of the Wonorejo village office, Rungkut district. The purpose of this study are (1) To find out the implementation of Klampid New Generation in the Wonorejo village, (2) To find out the index of public satisfaction with the Klampid New Generation service. The research method that will be used is quantitative research based on PERMENPAN no 14 of 2017 using a questionnaire medium that will be distributed through google form, written form and interview. So that with the data collection at the Wonorejo village office, an overview of the implementation and level of public satisfaction with the implementation of Klampid New Generation can be produced. The results of this study show that the implementation of Klampid New Generation in Wonorejo village went well but there are some things that can be improved to make the implementation better. Furthermore, for the index of public satisfaction, 100 respondents were obtained from the questionnaire distributed and the IKM results generally obtained a B or “Good” score, and some elements obtained an IKM score of “Very Good” namely on the Cost & Tariff element and also the Behavior element Implementer. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the implementation of Klampid in Wonorejo Village, Rungkut District, Surabaya City has been running for the last 10 months and has been well received by the public and village officials, the implementation of this application has a positive impact on the public and population administration officers but there are some things that need to be improved both from the service and system aspects.
