Abstract

In era of globalization, the development of advanced technological systems will have an impact on changes in various forms of life. Technology has been used in almost all sectors, including public services. Through the use of technology, assistance will be able to run effectively and efficiently in accordance with the needs of the community, which is often referred to as egovernance. Use of digital technology to transform government processes with the goal of increasing transparency, efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery. The goal is to facilitate the use of technology and connect with society. In developed countries, the use of digital technology (electronic digital services) has given rise to a new type of bureaucratic government mechanism called Electronic Government (eGov). . According to the World Bank, e-gov is defined as the government's use of technologies such as: Wide Area Networks, Internet and Mobile Information Technology) that enable governments to change the way they relate to citizens, businesses and other stakeholders. Surabaya is a center for trade, business, industry and education, the city of Surabaya is a special attraction for all people outside the city of Surabaya to improve their welfare, so that there will be many immigrants and immigrants. The increase in private car ownership is a major parking problem. E-Parking or commonly known as electronic parking is a tool to measure parking time and receive payment of parking fees electronically.
